Our reproductive endocrinologists, associated specialists and registered nurses have extensive experience working with couples and women to achieve a successful pregnancy. They closely collaborate to provide their expertise in a supportive, caring environment for our patients. 

Reproductive Endocrinologists 

Charles Obasiolu

Dr. Charles Obasiolu

Dr. Charles Obasiolu is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist and a subspecialist in reproductive endocrinology and infertility.

Dr. Obasiolu received his medical degree from the University of Utah College of Medicine. He completed his residency and internship at Hutzell Hospital - Wayne State University Affiliated Hospitals in Detroit, Michigan and completed his fellowship at the University of Illinois Hospital in Chicago.

Prior to joining Atrius Health, Dr. Obasiolu was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Illinois at Chicago. His areas of clinical interest include assisted reproductive technologies, polycystic ovarian syndrome and minimally invasive pelvic surgery. He also publishes and lectures on many of these topics.

Dr. Obasiolu is an active member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, Society of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, the Endocrine Society and New England Fertility Society. Dr. Obasiolu is the Chief of the Department of Fertility and Reproductive Health at Atrius Health.

Beth Plante

Dr. Beth Plante

Dr. Beth Plante is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and reproductive endocrinology and infertility. She received her medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School and completed her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. She then completed fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine. Prior to coming to Atrius Health, she returned to the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and Tufts University School of Medicine where she served as a clinical assistant professor in their combined program in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. Her clinical and research interests include infertility, diminished ovarian reserve, primary ovarian insufficiency and polycystic ovary syndrome.

Dr. Plante has been the winner of numerous teaching and clinical awards, including the Berlex Best Teaching Resident Award, Fellow Teaching Award, Faculty Excellence in Teaching Award, Patients’ Choice Award, and Compassionate Doctor Recognition. Dr. Plante is a member of many professional associations including the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the Society for Gynecologic Investigation, and the New England Fertility Society.

In her free time, Dr. Plante loves spending time with her family, running, and learning to ski again after a 15 year hiatus.

Danielle Vitiello

Dr. Danielle Vitiello

Dr. Danielle Vitiello graduated with honors in chemistry from Boston University. She received her medical degree from the University of Vermont where she also received a Ph.D. in molecular genetics. She completed her internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Yale-New Haven Hospital and continued at Yale to complete her fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility.

Before returning to the Boston area, Dr. Vitiello worked at Yale-New Haven Hospital where she was on the faculty of Yale University’s Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is certified in obstetrics and gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

A distinguished award recipient for her clinically applied research and for excellence in teaching, Dr. Vitiello is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and numerous other academic and medical societies, including the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.

Robert Weiss

Dr. Robert Weiss

Dr. Robert Weiss is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology with a subspecialty in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. Dr. Weiss received his medical degree at Rutgers Medical School and completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Brookdale Hospital, New York, NY. He completed a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Weiss has been practicing reproductive medicine and performing reproductive surgery for more than 20 years. Prior to working at Atrius Health, he served as director of reproductive medicine and reproductive surgery at Boston Medical Center and was on the faculty at Boston University School of Medicine.

Dr. Weiss’ research and clinical interests are in the management of infertility and treatment of benign gynecological disorders, including endometriosis, uterine fibroids, and ovarian cysts. Dr. Weiss has recently taken an interest in mind-body techniques to better support the mental health of couples who are experiencing infertility.

An accomplished surgeon, Dr. Weiss has been named one of the “Best Doctors in America” for the last six years. He is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology, the Society of Reproductive Endocrinologists and the Society of Reproductive Surgeons.

Joseph Hill

Dr. Joseph Hill

Dr. Joseph Hill completed his medical degree and residency at The Medical College of Georgia. He completed a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility and another in Reproductive Immunology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Hill spent almost 2 decades in academic medicine as the Director of Reproductive Medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston as well as an Associate Professor in OB/Gyn and Reproductive Biology at Harvard Medical School. Named as one of “The Best Doctors in America” in three national consumer publications annually since 1994, Dr. Hill is a world-renowned clinical investigator, author, speaker and expert in reproductive medicine, especially relating to infertility and recurrent pregnancy loss. He is a member of many professional associations, including the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the American Gynecological and Obstetrical Society, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, and the Society for Gynecologic Investigation, and the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.

In his free time, Dr. Hill enjoys winter sports, horseback riding, music (he has been a jazz drummer for 50 years) reading, writing, and traveling with his family.

Dr. Hill is periodically on-call after hours and weekends to support patients should they have urgent needs. He does not see patients in the office.

Dr. Amir Mor

Dr. Amir Mor

Dr. Amir Mor's academic journey began at Ben Gurion University in Beer-Sheva, Israel, where he obtained his medical degrees. Following this, he furthered his training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. His pursuit of knowledge led him to Yale University School of Medicine, where he completed fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.

 
Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and board-eligible in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, Dr. Mor’s areas of expertise span reproductive surgery, fertility preservation, ovarian physiology, and early pregnancy development.
 
Beyond his clinical work, Dr. Mor holds an impressive academic portfolio. He has authored numerous scientific papers and book chapters while also spearheading the development of innovative medical devices and techniques in gynecology and reproductive medicine. In recognition of his expertise, he serves as an Assistant Professor at the State University of New York and an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Yale University School of Medicine.
 
Outside his professional life, Dr. Mor enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and traveling with his wife and son.

Meghan MacDonald

Meghan MacDonald, NP

Meghan MacDonald is a board certified women’s health nurse practitioner. She received her bachelor of science in nursing from Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH. She went on to earn her masters of science in nursing from Boston College with a concentration in women’s health, where she graduated with honors and received recognition for clinical excellence. She is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She enjoys spending time on the Cape with her family, friends, and dog, Ralphie.
