EyeMed Vision Insurance Plans

As of 1/1/2020, Atrius Health is pleased to accept all EyeMed plans, including when carved out by Tufts Health Plan commercial, Tufts Medicare Preferred, and Fallon Health, or when your employer purchases EyeMed for additional routine eye exam and/or eye glasses/contact lens coverage.   

It is important for you to know exactly what your EyeMed plan covers in terms of eye exams and/or vision hardware. Please contact your health plan (if yours is listed above), your employer, or EyeMed, to better understand how your individual EyeMed vision plan works.

Please note: We do not accept Davis Vision, Humana Vision Focus Plan, United Health Care Vision Insurance (formerly Spectera), or VSP.
