Accessing Specialty Care

Atrius Health can offer our patients outstanding care in more than 40 specialties that are located right within our practices. Many of our specialists are affiliated with and practice at leading hospitals and have faculty appointments at Harvard Medical School and other academic teaching institutions.

Everyone on your Atrius Health care team has access to your medical record. This makes it easier for you to get safe and efficient care, reduce duplicate tests, and speed up communication. Patients have 24/7 access to specialty medical advice by telephone and can communicate with their specialists through MyHealth Online.

Our specialists work closely with Atrius Health primary care providers (PCPs) to deliver coordinated, high-quality care. Some specialties may be available only to patients who have an Atrius Health PCP.

If you do not have an Atrius Health PCP, we encourage you to select one to ensure seamless access to the full range of specialty services we offer. To register as a patient and select a PCP, please call our Central Registration team at 1-800-249-1767, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm.
