The Harvard Vanguard Peabody/Lynnfield practice has been caring for residents of Peabody, Lynn, Lynnfield, Salem, Beverly, Danvers, and other nearby cities and towns since 1983. The office is conveniently located off Route 128 behind the North Shore Mall. Our driveway is next to the U.S. Post Office building.

Our Peabody practice, which also includes Lynnfield Medical Associates, provides primary care for adults and children and a wide range of medical and surgical specialty care. Our preferred hospital partners include Beverly Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Lahey Clinic, and Boston Children’s Hospital.

Peabody-Lynnfield Hours of Operation

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm 
Saturday and Sunday, 10:00am-2:00pm

Walk-in lab service is available Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 6:00pm, Saturday and Sunday, 9:00am - 2:00pm.

The pharmacy is open Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm, Saturday and Sunday, 9:00am - 2:00pm.

The optical shop is open by appointment only, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. Please call for an appointment.

24/7 Medical Advice

Medical advice is available to patients by telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you need medical advice after office hours, please call your doctor's office. Follow the phone prompts to be routed to our after-hours triage service staffed by nurse practitioners and physician assistants with access to your electronic medical record.

Weekend & Holiday Urgent Care

All patients have access to adult and pediatric weekend urgent care at our regionally located practices. Unless it is a life-threatening emergency (in which case you should call 911), you can use our weekend and holiday urgent care hours for most health-related situations.
