The Harvard Vanguard Braintree practice has been caring for residents of Braintree, Weymouth, Randolph, Quincy, and other nearby cities and towns since 1983.  The office is conveniently located off of the Union Street exit of Route 3 and an easy walk from the Braintree T stop.

Our Braintree practice provides primary care for adults and children and a full range of medical and surgical specialty care. Our preferred hospital partners include South Shore Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital - Milton, Boston Children’s Hospital and New England Baptist Hospital.

Braintree Hours of Operation

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 7:00pm
Saturday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Pharmacy services are available Monday - Friday 8:00am - 7:00pm, and weekends, 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Walk-in lab is available open Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 7:00pm, and weekends, 9:00am - 5:00pm.

The optical shop is open by appointment only, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. Please call for an appointment.

24/7 Medical Advice

Medical advice is available to patients by telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you need medical advice after office hours, please call your doctor's office. Follow the phone prompts to be routed to our after-hours triage service staffed by nurse practitioners and physician assistants with access to your electronic medical record.

Weekend & Holiday Urgent Care

All patients have access to adult and pediatric weekend and holiday urgent care at our regionally located practices. Unless it is a life-threatening emergency (in which case you should call 911), you can use our weekend and holiday urgent care hours for most health-related situations.
