Atrius Health, Inc. (“Applicant”), with a principal place of business at 275 Grove Street, Suite 2-300, Newton, MA 02466, intends to file a Notice of Determination of Need (“DoN”) with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health for the acquisition of DoN Required Equipment and the expansion of imaging services across several practice locations (the “Project”). The Project involves the introduction of a mobile magnetic resonance imaging (“MRI”) service at Atrius Health’s Burlington practice located at 20 Wall Street, Burlington, MA 01803; the addition of one day of MRI service at Atrius Health’s Concord practice located at 330 Baker Avenue, Concord, MA 01742; and the installation of a new fixed computed tomography (“CT”) scanner at Atrius Health’s Peabody practice located at 2 Essex Center Drive, Peabody, MA 01960. The total value of the Project based on the maximum capital expenditure is $1,611,247. The Applicant does not anticipate any adverse price or service impacts on its existing patient panel as a result of this Project. The Applicant intends to file this request under 105 CMR 100.715 on or after June 5, 2026.
