Biography
Dr. Meredith Gilson is board-certified in family medicine and committed to patient-centered care. She attended the Medical College of Virginia and completed her residency as an active-duty officer in the US Air Force at Travis Air Force Base. She served four years at Hanscom Air Force Base before moving to Cape Cod to practice in Bourne.
Focused on preventive medicine, Dr. Gilson promotes fitness and physical activity as keys to long-term health. A lifelong competitive swimmer, she integrates her passion for movement into her practice, encouraging patients to prioritize exercise for disease prevention, functional longevity, and overall wellness.
