Dr. James Phillips is an orthopedics specialist, with interests in total and minimally invasive joint replacement of the knee and hip.
Dr. Phillips graduated from Howard University College of Medicine and completed his internship and residency at the University of Minnesota Hospital and Clinic. He then pursued fellowship training at Allegheny General Hospital.
