I am passionate about helping children and families thrive in a challenging world. Developing resilience starts in the newborn period. Helping children and families thrive requires paying attention to all aspects of a child's growth and development. Everything from encouraging good eating and sleeping habits, to monitoring physical, social and emotional growth and development to focusing on what creates self-esteem. Parents and children need compassion, guidance and support in making decisions that will make a difference.
