Supporting Our Community

Atrius Health is committed to good corporate citizenship in all its forms. We seek to enhance the eastern Massachusetts community through the support of organizations that enrich the quality of life and advance health and wellness initiatives for individuals and families. Atrius Health achieves this through sponsorship of select events, programs, and projects located within the communities we serve.

Proposal Form

If you are interested in submitting a charitable request for our consideration, please review the following charitable guidelines and submit a proposal. To allow time for evaluation, proposals must be submitted at least 3 months prior to the event.

Atrius Health will review submitted proposals in a timely manner and will make decisions based on funding availability and other business objectives. Not all sponsorship requests can or will be funded. All organizations that are approved for Atrius Health sponsorship must furnish a W-9 form.
