Senior Care Options (SCO) Plans
These plans are available to patients who are dually eligible for Medicare and MassHealth, and who are ages 65+. We do not accept Boston Medical Center HealthNet Plan SCO, Commonwealth Care Alliance SCO, Fallon Navicare SCO, Senior Whole Health SCO, or United Health Care SCO.
Please note: We do not accept Tufts Health Unify (One Care Plan)
