Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
How do I utilize weekend & holiday urgent care if I am in need of medical attention during those times?
All you need to do is call your doctor's office. If his/her office does not offer weekend and holiday urgent care hours, your call will be automatically transferred to an Atrius Health practice in that region that does. Please note:
if you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
Can an Atrius Health patient go to any urgent care practice location regardless of where their PCP practices or are they assigned a specific location?
Yes. Atrius Health patients can go to the urgent care practice that is most convenient. When talking to one of our qualified medical staff after hours, please let them know which office would be convenient for you, if it’s not the practice your PCP is located.
The Concord location is not listed with the other urgent care locations. Does Concord offer urgent care? Can I make an appointment there if it is convenient for me?
The Concord practice does offer weekend Urgent Care hours at their Concord practice on Saturdays from 8:30am – 11:00am. Please note: you must be a patient of the Concord, Harvard, or Sudbury practice in order to be seen. Concord, Harvard, or Sudbury patients, however, can be seen at any of the Atrius Health Urgent Care locations.
