Technology and Equipment Requirements
Video visits are typically completed within our MyHealth patient portal for maximum security and scheduling capability. Certain other technologies, such as FaceTime, may be utilized in limited cases. Here is what you need to get ready for a video visit within MyHealth:
- A mobile device (either a smartphone or tablet) with a working internet connection. Please note we do not presently offer video visits from a computer or laptop web browser.
- Be sure to enroll in MyHealth and set up your account. If you are a parent and your child has the appointment for a video visit, you will need proxy access to your child’s MyHealth account and be able to log in.
- Download the MyChart mobile app and set it up on your mobile device before the video appointment. Watch our video on "How to Download the the MyChart app”.
