Primary Care Appointments for Adults and Children – Family Medicine

We are pleased to offer the ability to schedule a well visit (physical) for children 18 months and older, as well as adults, through our secure, online appointment system, with a family medicine provider (PCP) or a member of their care team in our family medicine department. Family medicine providers are primary care providers who care for children and adults, creating long-term relationships with patients and entire families.

By scheduling a new patient well visit (physical) appointment with us, you will also be selecting a new family medicine primary care provider (PCP) at Atrius Health.
