Primary Care Appointments for Adults – Internal Medicine

We are pleased to offer new patients 18 years and older the ability to schedule a well visit (physical), through our secure, online appointment system, with a primary care provider (PCP) or a member of their care team in our adult internal medicine department. 

By scheduling a new patient well visit (physical) appointment with us, you will also be selecting a new primary care provider (PCP) at Atrius Health.
