MyHealth Online Mobile App Available!

Want to access your medical record on the go?

Easily access your medical record on the go! Now you can access MyHealth Online on your Apple or Android device. It's easy! Follow the steps below to start using the free "MyChart" app. 

Note: You must have already signed up for MyHealth Online and logged into your account to access your medical records with the MyChart mobile app. If you have not yet signed up for MyHealth Online, enroll now!

Features of the app:

Test Results - View most test results that have been released to your MyHealth account Messages - View and reply to secure messages from your provider's office Appointments - View, schedule and cancel appointments Medication Renewals - Request current medication renewals Questionnaires - Complete questionnaires (often attached to upcoming appointments)

Medical Advice - Send non-urgent requests for medical advice to your provider's office. You can attach an image of your concern (i.e., a rash). Health Summary - View your health summary, such as Medications, Allergies, Immunizations, Health Issues Proxy Access - View other accounts to which you have access in MyHealth Billing - Pay bills from within the app and view billing details

Getting Started with iPhone/iPad

1. Search for the free "MyChart" app from Epic Systems in the Apple App Store. Download and install the MyChart App onto your iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad (iOS 9.0 or later).
2. Open the MyChart app and select "Atrius Heath" from the list of healthcare providers.
3. Login with your MyHealth Online username and password. 

Visit the iTunes store and download the MyChart app, or scan this QR code with your Apple device.

Getting Started with Android

1. 
   To download and install the free "MyChart" App onto your Android phone search for "MyChart" in the Google Play store
2. Select "Atrius Health" from the list of healthcare providers offering the MyChart App.
3. Login with your MyHealth Online username and password.
