Pricing Estimates for Care
Beginning January 1, 2014, in accordance with the Massachusetts Pricing Transparency Legislation for Providers, Atrius Health will, upon a patient's or prospective patient's request, provide an estimate within 2 business days of the cost of medical services that may be provided at one of the Atrius Health medical groups. The estimate will include the allowed amount or standard charge for anticipated professional services or procedures to be rendered. If available, the patient's out of pocket expenses in the form of copayment, coinsurance or deductible will be provided as well.
