The Harvard Vanguard Wellesley practice has been caring for residents of Wellesley, Newton, Natick, Needham, Framingham and other nearby cities and towns since 1980. The office is conveniently located on Route 9 in Wellesley near Wellesley Toyota.

Our Wellesley practice provides primary care for adults and children, as well as a wide range of medical and surgical specialty care. Our preferred hospital partners include Beth Israel Hospital - Needham, Newton-Wellesley Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston Children’s Hospital and New England Baptist Hospital.

Wellesley Hours of Operation

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm

Walk-in Lab Hours: Mon – Fri, 7:30am – 6:00pm and Closed Weekends.

Radiology Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:00am – 6:00pm and Closed Weekends.

Pharmacy Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:00am – 6:00pm and Saturdays & Sundays from 9:00am – 3:00pm.

Optical Shop Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:00pm.

24/7 Medical Advice

Medical advice is available to patients by telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you need medical advice after office hours, please call your doctor's office. Follow the phone prompts to be routed to our after-hours triage service staffed by nurse practitioners and physician assistants with access to your electronic medical record.

Weekend & Holiday Urgent Care

All patients have access to adult and pediatric weekend urgent care at our regionally located practices. Unless it is a life-threatening emergency (in which case you should call 911), you can use our weekend and holiday urgent care hours for most health-related situations.

We are located on Route 9 in Wellesley.

From the East:
Take Route 9 West to the second Cedar Street exit (under the overpass) marked "Needham-Dover".  Bear right at the top of the ramp onto Cedar Street.  Turn right at the first light, Worcester Street.  Our offices are on the left.

From the West:
Take Route 9 East and bear right off Route 9 at the Toyota Service Center.  Our offices are on the right.

From the North:
Take Route 128 South to exit 36B to merge onto MA-9 W/Worcester St. toward Framingham/Worcester to the second Cedar Street exit (under the overpass) marked "Needham-Dover".  Bear right at the top of the ramp onto Cedar Street.  Turn right at the first light, Worcester Street.  Our offices are on the left.

From the South:
Take Route 128 North to exit 36B to merge onto MA-9 W/Worcester St. toward Framingham/Worcester to the second Cedar Street exit (under the overpass) marked "Needham-Dover".
