The PMG Plymouth-Cordage Park practice cares for residents of Plymouth and other nearby cities and towns. The office is conveniently located off Route 3A (Court Street) in Plymouth and is walking distance from the Plymouth station on the Plymouth/Kingston commuter rail line.
Our Plymouth-Cordage Park practice provides family medicine for all ages and primary care for adults, as well as cardiology and a convenient, on-site lab. Our preferred hospital partner is Beth Israel Deaconess – Plymouth.

Suite 211 (Cardiology, Orthopedics, Podiatry, and Urgent Care): Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm - 8:00pm; Saturday and Sunday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
(Radiology): Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 12:30pm and 1:30 - 6:00pm; Saturday and Sunday, 9:00am - 12:30pm and 1:30pm - 5:00pm
Suite 218 (Laboratory): Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 8:00pm and Saturday and Sunday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Suite 201 (Internal Medicine): Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm - 5:00pm

24/7 Medical Advice
Medical advice is available to patients by telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you need medical advice after office hours, please call your doctor's office. Follow the phone prompts to be routed to our after-hours triage service staffed by nurse practitioners and physician assistants with access to your electronic medical record.
Weekend & Holiday Urgent Care
All patients have access to adult and pediatric weekend and holiday urgent care at our regionally located practices. Unless it is a life-threatening emergency (in which case you should call 911), you can use our weekend and holiday urgent care hours for most health-related situations.
