From the West:
Take Route 2 East toward Concord/Boston. At the Route 2 rotary in Concord, continue to follow signs for Route 2 East/Boston. Continue through a traffic light next to the MCI-Concord prison (usually a blinking yellow light). Turn right onto Baker Ave. Extension at the next traffic light intersection (PapaRazzi's restaurant and a Best Western motel are on the opposite side of Route 2). Continue around a sharp bend and then take the first right into the Concord Meadows office park. Turn left to 330 Baker Ave.
From the East:
Take Route 2 West toward Acton/Fitchburg and continue for about 7 miles. Immediately after the traffic light intersection by Emerson Hospital (the hospital is on the left side), get in the left land and turn left at the next traffic light intersection on to Route 62 West, toward West Concord/Maynard. Turn right at the first traffic lights onto Baker Avenue. Turn left immediately after crossing train tracks into the Concord Meadows office park at 300-330 Baker Avenue. Bear to the right through the parking area, following signs to 330 Baker Ave.
From Route 495:
Follow directions above for points West of Concord.
From Route 128:
Follow directions above for points East of Concord.
