The Harvard Vanguard Chelmsford practice offers adult primary care, pediatrics, family medicine (adults and children), obstetrics and gynecology, and a wide range of medical and surgical specialty care to residents of Lowell, Chelmsford, Billerica, Dracut, and other nearby cities and towns. We are conveniently located conveniently located on Route 129, just west of Route 3 in Chelmsford.

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday and Sunday, 9:00am - 2:00pm

Our Pharmacy is also open during the hours above.

Walk-in lab is available Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm, Saturday and Sunday, 9:00am - 2:00pm.

24/7 Medical Advice

Medical advice is available to patients by telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you need medical advice after office hours, please call your doctor's office. Follow the phone prompts to be routed to our after-hours triage service staffed by nurse practitioners and physician assistants with access to your electronic medical record.

Weekend & Holiday Urgent Care

All patients have access to adult and pediatric weekend urgent care at our regionally located practices. Unless it is a life-threatening emergency (in which case you should call 911), you can use our weekend and holiday urgent care hours for most health-related situations.

Getting Here

We are located on Route 129, just West of Route 3.

From Route 3, take Exit 79 and follow signs for Route 129 toward Chelmsford.  Follow 129 West for one mile.  Our offices are on your right.
