The Harvard Vanguard Burlington practice has been caring for residents of Burlington, Woburn, Billerica, Winchester, Reading, Lexington, Tewksbury, and other nearby cities and towns since 1990. The office is conveniently located on Wall Street at the intersection of Route 128, Route 3A and Route 3 South.

Our Burlington practice provides primary care for adults and children, as well as a full range of medical and surgical specialty care. Our preferred hospital partners include Winchester Hospital, Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Boston Children’s Hospital.

Walk-in lab and pharmacy services are also open at the times listed above.

24/7 Medical Advice

Medical advice is available to patients by telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you need medical advice after office hours, please call your doctor's office. Follow the phone prompts to be routed to our after-hours triage service staffed by nurse practitioners and physician assistants with access to your electronic medical record.

Weekend & Holiday Urgent Care

All patients have access to adult and pediatric weekend and holiday urgent care at our regionally located practices. Unless it is a life-threatening emergency (in which case you should call 911), you can use our weekend and holiday urgent care hours for most health-related situations.

We are located at the intersection of 128, Route 3A, and Route 3 South.

From Route 128:
Take Exit 51A and bear right onto Route 3 South.  Take the first left onto Wall Street.
