The Plymouth – Pine Hills practice was established in 2009 and cares for patients in The Pinehills community of Plymouth as well as other nearby cities and towns. The office is conveniently located off Clark Road, Exit 7 off Route 3.

In addition to providing high-quality primary care for patients 18 years and over, we also provide a convenient, on-site laboratory for our patients.  Our preferred hospital is Beth Israel Deaconess - Plymouth.

Medical advice is available to patients by telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you need medical advice after office hours, please call your doctor's office. Follow the phone prompts to be routed to our after-hours triage service staffed by nurse practitioners and physician assistants with access to your electronic medical record.

In addition to the Urgent Care services provided at Plymouth – Cordage Park, all patients have access to adult and pediatric weekend and holiday urgent care at our regionally located practices. Unless it is a life-threatening emergency (in which case you should call 911), you can use our weekend and holiday urgent care hours for most health-related situations.
