The Academic Institute is developing a local expertise to bolster adoption, spread and maintenance of Atrius Health key initiatives.
The Primary Care Professional Development Program (PDP) is a structured program to engage Internal and Family Medicine physicians in care transformation projects and leadership development. This program trains Atrius clinicians through a core curriculum of Quality Improvement and Implementation Science courses, as well as individualized training tailored to the clinician’s professional development plan.
