Dealing with the stress of COVID-19 is hard for everyone, and we are all ready for brighter days ahead.

The Omicron surge is spreading infection rapidly, which is impacting not only our patients but our staffing levels as well. We are receiving an unprecedented number of calls and MyHealth messages. Our teams are working very hard to respond to everyone while prioritizing the most urgent clinical messages in light of our staffing constraints.

We apologize for the longer response times and appreciate your understanding and patience as we all navigate the next several weeks of this surge.

We need to reiterate that despite these difficult times, all forms of threatening or abusive behavior toward our staff will not be tolerated. More than ever, we must work together to ensure a respectful and caring environment for everyone.
