Who We Are
Unlike many physician practices, Atrius Health and its medical groups are not-for-profit organizations. We believe a community-focused, not-for-profit approach to health care best serves our patients and our communities. However, we also believe we can do more. That is why we established the Atrius Health Foundation.
Our Vision
The Atrius Health Foundation supports innovations that successfully transform the healthcare system to become more accessible, affordable, supportive, and convenient while steadily improving the quality of care.
Our Mission
The Atrius Health Foundation gathers and distributes resources for innovative programs that make it easier for patients and their communities to be healthy.
Your Chance to Make a Difference
Your contributions to the Atrius Health Foundation will help Atrius Health medical groups to partner with our 675,000 patients to make it easier to be healthy. Funds raised will support the development and delivery of programs and services such as:
- The Atrius Health Foundation Employee Emergency Fund to offer assistance to employees who are suddenly confronted with a serious crisis
- The Atrius Health Foundation Micro-Grant Program that will quickly address needs identified by clinicians which impact patient care but cannot be addressed within current-year approved operating budgets
- Collaboration with other not-for-profit organizations to address the healthcare needs of the homeless
- Collaboration with other not-for-profit organizations to create a residential hospice program
