H. Eugene Lindsey, MD
President and CEO
Dr. Gene Lindsey is President and CEO of Atrius Health. Previously he was Chairman of the Board of Directors for Atrius Health and Chairman of the Board of Directors for Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates. Dr. Lindsey joined Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates in 1975 and practiced cardiology and internal medicine at the Kenmore, Wellesley and West Roxbury Harvard Vanguard practices. He served on the board of Harvard Community Health
Plan/Harvard Pilgrim Health Care from 1991 to 2000. Dr. Lindsey received his medical degree from
Harvard Medical School, where he is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine. |

Tom Congoran
Chief Financial Officer
Tom Congoran has extensive management, finance and information systems experience and previously served as Chief Information Officer for Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates. Prior to joining the organization, Tom served as Vice President of Business Development for Pegasystems, Inc., a publicly traded software company. He also previously held the positions of Chief Operating Officer for Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Hampshire and Chief Financial Officer for Healthsource, Inc. a publicly traded HMO management company then acquired by CIGNA. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Stanford University, a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from San Diego State University, and a Master of Education from Tufts University. |

Eugene C. Wallace Executive Vice President, Administration and Development
Eugene C. Wallace has been involved in the health care industry for over 30 years. In January of 2001,
he was appointed Executive Vice President, Administration and Chief Financial Officer for Harvard
Vanguard Medical Associates. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of CareGroup (a Boston-based
health care network) from 1997 to 2000 and Chief Financial Officer for Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center
from 1978 to 1997. Gene received his Bachelor of Science and Masters in Business Administration from
Boston University. |

Kash Basavappa
Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Kash Basavappa was appointed Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Atrius Health in January 2008. He has broad management experience in a variety of national and global healthcare settings. Prior to joining Atrius Health, Kash served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at MaineGeneral Health in Augusta, ME. He has a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Computer Science and Management from North Carolina State University in Raleigh. |

Kimberly Nelson Vice President, General Counsel
Kimberly Nelson has served as Vice President and General Counsel since September 2000. Her responsibilities
include advising all levels of management and staff on a broad range of health law and general corporate
issues, including governance, regulatory compliance, contracts, employment, licensure issues, network
management, accreditation, patient care and professional staff matters. Previously, Kim was Associate
General Counsel/Director of Risk Management at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care from 1996 to 2000 and Assistant
General Counsel at Harvard Community Health Plan beginning in 1992. Kim began her law career as an associate
with a law firm focused primarily on medical malpractice defense and employment law. She is also a registered
nurse and was on the nursing staff at Beth Israel Hospital in the early 1980s. |

Marci Sindell Vice President, Marketing
Marci Sindell, Vice President of Marketing, is responsible for marketing, marketing strategy/branding, public
relations/media activity, internal communications, advertising, market research and health promotion. She has
served in this role since January 2006. Previously, Marci held a variety of senior management positions at
Haemonetics Corporation, a medical device company. |

Jon Reuman Vice President, Human Resources
Jon Reuman, Vice President Human Resources, has over 25 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Jon joined Harvard Vanguard in 1998 after working in the high technology and financial services sectors. Prior to Harvard Vanguard, Jon held a variety of worldwide HR management positions at Digital Equipment Corporation and Compaq Computer Corporation. Jon is responsible for HR strategy, labor and employee relations, employment and retention, compensation and benefits, HR information systems, and organizational development and training. Jon has a BA degree from Middlebury College and an MBA degree from Boston University. |

Zeev Neuwirth, MD
Vice President, Clinical Effectiveness and Innovation
Dr. Zeev Neuwirth was appointed Vice President of Clinical Effectiveness & Innovation in January 2007. His
responsibilities include clinical workflow improvement and redesign, physician retention, and leading efforts to
create an ideal patient care experience at all of Atrius Health's medical groups. Previously, he was Chief of
Internal Medicine at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates' Kenmore practice. Dr. Neuwirth has been a practicing
physician for nearly 18 years. The focus of his academic work has been in the area of patient-physician communication,
health care team building and process improvement. |

Mary Dawley
Co-Chief of Operations - Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates
Mary Dawley brings over 20 years of progressive leadership experience within both physician practice and hospital settings in New England. Previously she worked for Caritas Christi Health Care System as Chief Operating Officer for the physician network. Mary has held management positions at Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island, Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, Georgia, and St. Elizabeth’s Hospital of Boston. She also held clinical nursing positions at Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston City Hospital, and University Hospital in Boston. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from University of Massachusetts/Worcester, a Bachelor in Nursing degree from Emmanuel College, and a diploma in nursing from Massachusetts General Hospital School of Nursing. |

Anne Fitzgerald Co-Chief of Operations – Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates
Anne Fitzgerald and Mary Dawley have the responsibility to collaboratively and cooperatively support site and specialty operations for Harvard Vanguard. Anne has been the Chief of Specialty and Ancillary Operations since July 2007 with responsibility for the medical and surgical specialties, radiology, pharmacy, laboratory, dental, and optical departments. Prior to this role, Anne served as Chief Information Officer for Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates and Atrius Health for three years. She was previously Chief Information Officer for Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary.
Anne has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Northeastern University. |

Joseph Nunes Administrator, Southboro Medical Group
Joseph Nunes has been the Administrator of Southboro Medical Group since 1995, and has been an Atrius Health board member
since 2000. He has thirty seven years experience working in the healthcare field. Prior to joining Southboro Medical Group,
Joe served as Vice President of Operations for MetroWest Medical Center for three years. He received his Bachelor of Science
degree from the University of Rhode Island and his Masters in Business Administrations from Framingham State College. |

John N. Parker CEO, Dedham Medical Associates
John N. Parker is the Chief Executive Officer of Dedham Medical Associates, Inc., a multispecialty group practice founded
in 1937. He has served in that role for the past nineteen years. Prior to that he was the Executive Director of Healthway
Medical Plan, a federally qualified HMO. |

Stan Sacon, PhD CEO, South Shore Medical Center
Stan Sacon, PhD, was appointed Chief Executive Officer of South Shore Medical Center in July 1997. Prior to this role,
Stan held positions as President and CEO of Alpha Geriatric Services, Inc., and President and CEO of South Shore Counseling
Associates, Inc. He was previously a practicing psychologist in private practice. |

Guy Spinelli, MD President, Granite Medical
Dr. Guy Spinelli is President of Granite Medical and has been a practicing internist for more than 25 years. Dr. Spinelli
is board certified in internal medicine and a graduate of Universita di Roma, La Sapienza in Italy. He completed his
internship and residency at Carney Hospital. |
